VOLUNTEER
Do you want to volunteer at the Forum?
Are you interested in volunteering at the Forum? Super! Please fill the volunteer form by clicking the “volunteer form” button. You will find all the information you need in the form!

The Agroecology Europe Forum 2025 is a 3-day in-person event convening 500 people from all over Europe for dynamic and interactive dialogues around key European policy issues. Stakeholders and representatives of the agroecological community—farmers, growers, and ranchers, peasants, researchers, social movements, non-governmental organizations, and European policy makers—meet to discuss the most pressing challenges and present solutions for today’s agricultural and food systems.
This year’s Agroecology Europe Forum takes place during three days 2–4 October in Malmö.
We need volunteer support both during the Forum itself, during the setup (building up), and the breakdown (taking down).
Please note that this form is an application and does not guarantee that you get a spot as a volunteer. We will evaluate the applications and let you know if you’ve been selected.
If you’ve been selected as a volunteer you will have the opportunity to access the discounted volunteer ticket (€10 for all selected participants).

What we expect from you in return:

- That you show up on time for your shifts, ready to dig in and dressed appropriately for work and weather.
- That you give up your spot well in advance if you change your mind after confirming your volunteer spot. We need to know this no later than July 4
