Membership & discount: Agroecology Europe

Join as a member of Agroecology Europe for yourself or for your organisation to get a discounted price by adding a discount code at the checkout (enter the discount code in “Add coupons” before payment).

If you’re already a member of Agroecology Europe, make sure to renew your membership for 2025 by following the link.

You will receive your discount code upon successful completion of your membership. This process may take some time (especially if your 2025 membership fee is paid via Bank transfer), so we encourage you to apply for membership in advance.

The discount code only works for maximum 2 people per organisation.

Discount codes are issued exclusively to each individual member or member organisation and must not be shared, circulated, or used by other parties. If you wish to make use of a discount, please ensure you become a member first.

    • 6 x fika (Swedish coffee break)
    • Coffee/tea/fruit/snacks always available

1-day ticket includes: 

  • 1-day in-person programme 
  • One field visit per person (Day 2, October 3, only)
  • Delicious and agroecologically sourced meals 
    • 1 x dinner (Day 1 or Day 2, October 2 or 3)
    • 1 x lunch (Day 1 or Day 2, October 2 or 3)
    • 2 x fika (Swedish coffee break)
    • Coffee/tea/fruit/snacks always available

Payment options

It is possible to pay the tickets either by direct bank transfer or invoice. We do not offer payment through card due to high transaction costs. 

If you choose direct bank transfer an email will be sent to your e-mail adress with information how to make the payments. When we have received the payment, the ticket will be sent to your e-mail adress.  

If you choose invoice, an “Request invoice” will be sent to your e-mail. We will send the real invoice by e-mail. This process can take a little while. Please have patience!
