AGROECOLOGY EUROPE FORUM

Agroecology Europe Forum is a recurring event for the European agroecology movement by the initiative of the Agroecology Europe Association. Every second year, the association teams up with local hosts, bringing the Forum to different sites around Europe. Previous Forums have been organised in Greece, Spain, France, and Hungary.

This year, MiljöMatematik has the honor to welcome Agroecology Europe Forum 2025 to Malmö, Sweden. By bringing the Forum to the Nordics for the first time, we are hoping to highlight the meanings, opportunities and challenges of agroecology in this little corner of the world, as well as we have a particular aim to lay the foundation of a Nordic agroecology network.

We see social relations as a crucial part of an agroecological transition. That is why the Agroecology Europe Forum 2025 is an in-person gathering only, as we value meeting in-person to strengthen and energise our movement. The Forum is a not-for-profit, co-created event, arranged through generous contributions from all of the 16 partners, as well as our 130+ co-creators.
